The biggest change for us has been visibility. I also appreciate how easy it is to get a new role live. Smart Create gives us a structured starting point instead of forcing us to build everything from scratch, which is especially helpful when we’re hiring for different teams within a short period of time. One feature that’s been more valuable than I expected is the Talent Management Pool. We’ve been able to revisit candidates we interviewed previously rather than restarting the search every time a similar position opens up. For a small startup, that has saved both time and effort. Overall, HireZapp hasn’t changed how we evaluate candidates—it’s simply made the entire process much easier to manage.

One thing I appreciate is that the AI features are there to support the hiring process rather than replace it. We use the AI scoring as a starting point, but recruiters still make the final decisions. Combined with the ATS and candidate communication tools, it helps us stay organized without changing the way we evaluate candidates.
