The best thing about team CompUp is the flexibility to customize the software as per our team's requirement.

Our team used to run the entire merit planning exercise in more than 50+ different spreadsheets. Not only were we able to bring all of them together on CompUp, but we were also able to streamline many of our rewards processes through the tool.
One of the very unique features about CompUp is their ability to simulate the appraisal processes and budgets.
