FleetZap is cloud maintenance software for companies that run equipment: contractors, rental yards, municipalities, utilities and fleets that mix trucks with off-road machines. Preventive maintenance opens on engine hours, miles or the calendar. Operators report problems and do daily checks by scanning a QR label, with no account. Technicians work from a phone app with nothing to install. Parts, purchasing and cost per machine are built in, and finished work can be invoiced through QuickBooks Online.
Having used the tool, this reviewer finds it nice and appreciates the okay interface. The simplicity may be a drawback, as the data can be somewhat challenging.
