HIFI is the second stablecoin infrastructure provider we implemented at SwiftFi. Compared to our previous provider, they are night and day leagues better and more responsive. Not only are we in a slack channel chatting 24/7 about how we can improve our product, the whole HIFI team are directly, constantly working with us whether it's transactions, onboarding, or product development. Their documentation for API integration are also the best in the game and our developers love them. The UI/UX of their platform is super easy to navigate and use. I suggest HIFI for any other stablecoin business, but I honestly hope we can continue to have them all to our selves because the product and team is so much better than the competition.

I use HIFI for stablecoin payments, USD to fiat payments, and cross-border FX payments, making it the backbone of our business. The stablecoin to fiat feature is really valuable, allowing users to quickly convert crypto to stablecoin and send it out as fiat within thirty minutes using multiple bank rails. I love that their customer support replies within ten minutes, offering one of the quickest SLAs I've ever seen. The bridge feature is also great, letting users convert USDC on different blockchains with low fees. Additionally, I appreciate their virtual accounts and on-ramp features. Many features accommodate team growth, such as inviting team members to view the HIFI dashboard. It's been easy to set up, moving from Sandbox to production swiftly. Overall, HIFI's features and responsiveness have been really good and very quick to use.
