Motivating Peer Recognition with Real Rewards

I love that HeyTaco includes a monetary component, which is a significant motivation factor and truly rewards employees. I've been at places with just shout outs and visibility, so having this tangible reward is huge. I also think the increase in taco value by tenure is great, as it rewards employees for sticking around.

HeyTaco encourages peer kudos and creates a culture of appreciation

HeyTaco lets our team send kudos in a tangible meaningful way. It encourages and awesome team culture where kudos are encouraged and rewarded with gift cards or donations to our Team's favorite charities. It's a pretty awesome program and I would argue some of the best internal peer award systems I've seen.

What is HeyTaco?

HeyTaco is a fun peer recognition platform that builds happier teams by inspiring positive communication. With gamification mechanisms like leaderboards and achievement levels, HeyTaco makes recognizing teammates rewarding. By using tacos as a currency, the silliness and less seriousness lead to higher engagement and more genuine recognition. When people feel appreciated in the workplace, it boosts morale and helps improve retention rates. People who feel appreciated are generally happier, more productive, and ultimately better for business.
