I find Hevy Coach valuable for coaching my clients thanks to its programming, which makes things much easier. I like that it includes Calisthenics exercises, such as muscle ups and L-sits. Having Calisthenics as the main base cuts my time and simplifies things for my clients. The initial setup of Hevy Coach was very easy, and I'm happy to use it despite being just one person in my company.

I use Hevy Coach for creating and tracking exercise programs for my clients and my own training. I like how easy it is to create new programs. The exercise library is quite extensive, and it is easy to add an exercise if it doesn't exist. Also, it's great that I can communicate with my clients using the app chat. The initial setup was really easy, and I had no problems at all. The 'how to' section in each exercise is key for my clients to understand how to perform the movements. The app effectively organizes my client's routines and tracks important details like progressive overload and adherence to the program.

I find Hevy Coach user-friendly for clients. When I'm doing one-on-one training, I can update their sessions through my app, so my clients don't need to touch their phone. I also like that I can add or replace exercises on the spot while training a client and decide whether to make it a permanent change or just a one-off. The initial setup of Hevy Coach was very easy.
