Hevo has tons of available integrations and connectors out of the box and does a pretty good job with REST API connectors. It is also by far the cheapest on the market, especially for small and medium businesses. It's generally easy to use and navigate, although a recent change did degrade this experience, the destination no longer has our custom names, it is just the name of the connector. I'm sure this is something that will change as feedback comes through. It does perform consistently and rarely errors on its own and does send good alerts when users or external platforms cause errors.

Overall, the UX is intuitive, and setting up a new ingestion source is extremely easy. I observed no noticeable performance differences in highly scheduled pipelines or when processing high-volume sources. The support system clearly distinguishes queries the chat agent can handle from those that require escalation to a specialist.

The team is very responsive, product is stable, price is reasonable.
