Hercusoft is a cloud software for gyms and personal trainers, built in Manizales, Colombia, for Colombia and Latin America. It brings gym management and science-based training together in one system: individual and group memberships, payments with configurable payment methods and daily cash closing with receipt, access control and attendance by QR code or ID number, class scheduling, digital data-processing authorizations and informed consents (paperless), income and expense reports, and WhatsApp reminders before memberships expire. For training, coaches can build workouts manually, from a photo of a paper routine, by voice, or as an AI-generated draft that the trainer reviews and approves, including routines based on each client's recorded measurements. It also includes ISAK anthropometric measurements, Heath-Carter somatotype, a 3D anthropometric viewer, nutrition plans, and an installable app (PWA) where clients see their daily routine, history, and progress. Pricing starts at $80,000 COP per month with all modules included, and includes a 1-month free trial with onboarding support.
