Hello Hosty is property management software built for short term rental managers who run between 5 and 50 properties, by a team that has operated London short term rentals for more than a decade and uses the product across its own portfolio every day.
Everything sits in one plan at one price. The channel manager syncs listings, rates and availability across 50 plus booking platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Agoda and Trip.com, and prevents double bookings. A rate modifier per platform lets each channel carry its own commission, up or down by an amount or a percentage.
Guest messages from every channel land in one unified inbox. Alina, the AI assistant, learns each property from its listing and guidebook and answers guests around the clock, including on WhatsApp and SMS, with the manager able to switch auto replies on or off per property.
Each property gets a digital guidebook with directions, house rules, WiFi and local tips. Door codes stay locked until check in, and guests can buy early check in or late checkout through the guidebook, paid into the manager's own Stripe account.
A direct booking website on the manager's own domain is included, with live prices and availability from the calendar. The guest pays a 0.9% booking fee at checkout and the manager keeps the full rate.
The cleaning schedule turns every booking into a cleaning job. Cleaners accept and complete jobs from a link without logging in, and owners get a read only view. Owners receive monthly statements per property, long lets included. The Hosty app puts the day's arrivals, departures, messages and jobs on the team's phones.
Pricing is per property per month: £17 (about $24) for the first 10 properties, £12 from the 11th and £9 from the 31st, with no setup fee, no per message fee, free migration from another system, monthly billing with no annual contract, and a 14 day trial that starts without a demo call.
