Hedwig Envíos connects online stores in Mexico with DHL, FedEx, Estafeta and Paquetexpress. The store compares rates, generates the label and tracks the package from one dashboard, with no carrier contract of its own.
Rates show up in the cart, so the buyer picks the carrier at checkout. Weight and dimensions come from the product data and stay editable. The label is a PDF, tracking updates arrive on their own and the buyer is emailed when it ships.
Billing is a prepaid balance. Money is added from 100 pesos and each label is charged as it is generated, so a month without shipping costs nothing. Volume unlocks lower rates.
WooCommerce is covered by a free plugin on WordPress.org, and Fenris Point of Sale on Android. The Tiendanube app is in testing, Shopify is planned. One account covers every platform, with one balance, saved addresses and history.
