The ability to upload personal documents is very useful for summarizing and analyzing documents (escpecially lengthy legal documents), provide second opinions, and shift through dozens of documents at once. The matrix feature is extremely useful for repetitive work flows with the ability to create a standard template to use. Hebbia is also pretty flexible anad has a good degree of offerings which is very positive, including things like the ability to switch AI models in matrix, offering chatdocs, matrix and regular chatgpt all in one platform etc. Additionally the Hebbia team has been extremely responsive and helpful. They are always very accessible, respond promptly, are very friendly and professional, and its obvious they have a very strong belief in their product which is encouraging as a user. Lastly, the fact that Hebbia offers all of this via one user friendly website makes it very easy to use on a daily basis.
