Healthy Record is an electronic health record built in Mexico for physicians, private practices and clinics. It brings together clinical notes compliant with Mexican standard NOM-004, e-prescriptions, laboratory results and imaging studies in one place, with its own DICOM viewer that runs in the browser — including multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) and measurement tools — with no additional software to install. Physicians can dictate consultations by voice, share record access with patients through secure links, and control who sees each record with per-physician permissions. Data is protected with AES-256 encryption, an audit trail and access controls, in line with Mexico's federal data protection law (LFPDPPP). The interface is available in Spanish, English, Portuguese and French. Healthy Record is developed by Healthy Medical AI, based in Hermosillo, Mexico, and is offered as a subscription with a 14-day free trial.
