HaulBaseTMS is a simple trucking management system for owner-operators and small fleets. Drop in a rate confirmation and the load fills itself in: broker, stops, dates and pay. Dispatch to the driver's phone, scan the signed POD with the camera, and send the invoice with the paperwork attached. Weekly driver pay is built from delivered loads: per mile, percentage, flat rate, or owner-operator with weekly deductions, escrow and a settlement statement emailed to the driver. IFTA is worked out from your trips and fuel. Today shows every deadline (IFTA, 2290, UCR, MCS-150, registrations) with email reminders, plus how much to set aside for taxes. Also included: broker checks with FMCSA, a free driver app, ELD connections (Motive, Samsara, Geotab), empty miles from the last delivery, receivables aging and factoring. Leased to a carrier? A special mode shows your real pay per load and checks your settlements. Free 14-day trial, no card needed. Plans from $35 a month.
