Haulbase is rental and bulk delivery software built for independent yards across Canada: equipment and trailer rental, bin rental, and landscape and gravel supply. A lot of yards still run on a phone, a whiteboard and paper agreements. It works, but it means missed calls, double bookings, delivery quoted by hand on every call, and the owner holding everything in their head. Haulbase gives a yard one place to run it all. With Haulbase you can: • Take bookings and orders online 24/7 from your own booking page or your own website • Price delivery from the customer's address, by road distance and truckload • Send rental agreements customers sign on their phone, with one built in for 12 provinces and territories • Hold a damage deposit on a card and take payment online, or keep taking cash and e-transfer • See every trailer, machine and delivery on one calendar • Track maintenance and hours so nothing gets missed • Handle walk-up rentals at the counter Free to start. Once you're booking about $2,000 a month online, the Growth plan at $147 a month costs you less than Free, and a call you miss texts the caller your booking page. Built in Nova Scotia, for how Canadian yards work. We set your page up with you, from your own site and photos.
