HarvestFlow Care is NDIS, home care and Support at Home software for Australian sole traders and small teams — clients, visits, progress notes, invoices and compliance in one place, built and hosted in Australia. Most care platforms are priced per staff member with a minimum seat count, so a one-person business pays for a team it has not hired. HarvestFlow Care has no percentage of invoices, no per-participant fee and no minimum number of users, and clients are unlimited on every plan. The core carries clients and service agreements, scheduling with GPS check-in and check-out and client signatures, progress notes written on a phone and captured offline where reception is poor, unlimited invoicing from completed visits to self-managed clients or plan managers, travel time and kilometre lines, NDIS-compliant invoice content, expenses, business reports and credential expiry reminders. Higher tiers add care plans, incident management, funding plans and client statements.
