Harbour has helped us streamline our licensing process; we can send and receive signed documents via text message, DM, and QR code instead of email only. Our licensors are of the casual UGC variety and are not always dialed into their email addresses; Harbour has created a way for us to meet our licensors where they are, which has sped up our operation. We have also been able to integrate the Harbour functionality into our database, so all documents can be created and sent directly from our internal database, again cutting down the amount of clicking around my team has to do, further speeding up our operation.
