Happy Tracker is time tracking and team productivity software built for service businesses - agencies, IT firms and consultancies - that need to know where their hours actually go. Every hour your team works is attached to a project, a client and a task, so you can see where the time went, what is billable and what is still unbilled. Staff clock in from the web or from a desktop app, and the timesheet records which of the two they used, along with whether they clocked out themselves or the system closed the session because they were idle or hit the daily limit. The desktop apps run natively on macOS, Windows and Ubuntu, and can capture screenshots and application activity on a schedule the company controls. Screenshot frequency, quality, blur and retention are all set by the administrator. Beyond time tracking, Happy Tracker includes timesheets with weekly approvals, attendance and leave management with accrual and carry-forward rules, a project board with sprints, activity and productivity reports, and invoicing generated from billable hours. Pricing is in Indian rupees, billed yearly, and the product is free for up to five users with no card required.
