HandyCafe is management software for internet cafes, gaming centers and esports lounges. It runs on your own hardware, with a server application that controls every client PC and console on the local network. Operators use it to start and stop sessions, apply time or package based pricing, take prepaid and postpaid payments, manage members and wallets, run the cafeteria and inventory side of the business, and watch client screens remotely. Consoles can be powered on and put to sleep from the same screen as PCs. Reporting covers cash register, revenue, expenses, supplier and per station statistics. Access logging is included for operators who need connection records for local regulation. The client software gives customers a branded lock screen, an app launcher, session timers and a self service member panel. The interface is available in 25 languages.
