Halvixo is web-based quotation software for small B2B teams that need consistent pricing and discount controls. Administrators maintain products, publish quote templates and define percentage discount limits. Sales representatives prepare customer quotations within that setup, with warnings, blocking limits and required discount reasons where configured. Teams can save quotation versions and generate customer-ready PDF documents. Received customer purchase orders stay associated with the related quoting workflow. Administrators separately review those purchase orders, request corrections, approve or reject them, and track their status. Quote pricing controls do not route quotations to managers for approval. Halvixo supports fixed-rate and per-seat quote pricing in USD. The Team workspace is USD79 per month plus applicable subscription tax for up to five total active users, including administrators. Guided setup is included. A free 30-day evaluation is manually approved, requires no card and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
