Haltless is industrial predictive maintenance without the black box. A small edge agent on a Linux box in your plant reads the PLCs and historians you already run over OPC UA, Modbus TCP, or CSV and JSON file watch, so most plants need no new sensors. It installs in under an hour, connects outbound only, and never writes to a controller. Three deterministic detectors (a rolling z-score, an EWMA and a rate-of-change check) watch every reading from the first one, with no training period. Each machine gets a 0 to 100 health score from a published formula your engineers can recompute on paper. Alerts reach your team through ten channels, from Slack and Teams to PagerDuty and ServiceNow, and open work orders in the built-in CMMS or in SAP, Oracle or Dynamics. Downtime reason codes, OEE and multi-site dashboards are included.
