I’ve used multiple PM software tools in the past, and Haletale really feels like it was built with a fresh perspective: it’s simple, yet still super customizable. The best part, though, is the support. They went above and beyond to help me clean up my messy data when we we switched to Haletale and set me up to scale, especially since we’re growing faster than we expected. Accounting and bookkeeping were the messiest areas for us. Now I’m connected to QuickBooks and can handle everything in one platform. I’m happy, and my bookkeeper is happy too. On top of that, the AI update they brought in has been a lifesaver. Since I’m on the go most of the time, I’m basically just a voice command away from checking my daily updates and status.

Our workflow before Haletale was QuickBooks for accounting, email for tenant communication, spreadsheets for leases. Three separate systems for a portfolio that had outgrown that approach. Haletale pulled it into one. The QuickBooks sync handles the accounting side cleanly and everything else, maintenance, lease renewals, payment tracking, lives in the dashboard. The reporting is also better than what we were producing manually.

I handle books for several property management clients and Haletale's reporting makes my life significantly easier. I can filter by property or tenant, the rent roll is clean and exportable, and the QuickBooks two-way sync means I'm not entering anything manually. Deposits held as liabilities until earned is handled correctly out of the box, which a lot of general accounting tools miss entirely.
