The fact that our users are now able to be easily guided through the app and receive answers to their questions like their had one of our technicians next to them live has significantly increased our resolution rates and retention.

It provides a totally new and unique user support experience and it makes it very easy to integrate it into our app/platform. We have never been fans of chatbots, as they tend to frustrate users and we used to get a lot of feedback about people wanting to speak with real humans, but since using GuidMe our users get real contextual support just as though a specialised technician was providing live support while seeing exactly the issue that users are facing, and that has massively improved the satisfactory of our users and the resolution time of support cases.
