I found Guider very beneficial when searching for the right mentor to suit my needs. It is a very simple set up and now I have a wonderful mentor who has supported me from gaining more confidence to helping me in the right direction for my career path. I couldn't recommend this platform more to an individual or a company looking to implement this within part of their team.

The best mentoring experience I have had!

I have been a part of many different mentoring relationships in the past and this experience with Guider has definitely been the best. Often in the past with non-software programmes, mentoring relationships would fizzle out, but with the use of the calendar tool, it is so much easier to keep connected and schedule sessions.

Moving mentoring to virtual is easy with Guider

With the current hybrid and virtual working environments, virtual mentoring is really key and Guider helps do this quite seamlessly. I was struggling working from home, feeling quite disconnected from my colleagues and feeling like there weren't many learning opportunities. When Guider came in this changed. I now have a mentor that I really look up to and feel like I am finally progressing in my career. I also like the fact that we get prompts in the mentoring sessions because it means they always have structure.
