GuestReply AI is guest messaging software for short-term rental property managers. It reads each guest message that arrives in your property management system (PMS) and writes the reply, either as a draft for your team or sent on its own.
It connects to Smily (formerly BookingSync), Lodgify, OwnerRez, Hostaway, Hospitable, Host Tools, Guesty and Hostify. Sign-up is self-serve. There's no demo or sales call. Setup has five steps: PMS, company, your properties, AI setup and free trial.
What it does:
- Writes replies from a knowledge base for each listing, plus a global knowledge base shared across all your properties. Each listing has 21 default fields, such as check-in time, Wi-Fi, house rules and parking.
- Runs two ways. AutoPilot sends replies without approval. Draft mode (Co-Pilot) holds each reply for your team. AutoPilot can cover every listing or selected ones, and it can be off. You can also switch it off for a single conversation.
- Replies in the guest's own language by default. You can fix one reply language for all guests instead.
- Lets you set the tone: professional, friendly or casual. Reply length is short, medium or long. The reply delay runs from 1 to 60 minutes.
- Passes on what it can't answer. Questions outside its information, and requests that need action, such as a cancellation, refund, rebook, complaint or cleaning, go to your team with a note listing the issues. Your team can get an escalation alert by email.
- Shows New learnings: questions or missing details guests asked about, for you to review, edit and approve.
- Offers early check-in for a fee. It checks availability and makes a payment link through your own Stripe account. It also finds 1-2 night gaps between bookings and offers the guests next to them a discount to extend.
Pricing is per listing per month: $8 for listings 1-50, $6 for 51-200 and $4 from listing 201, with a $40 monthly minimum. The free trial runs 30 days, or 60 days for Smily, Hostaway and Guesty customers. GuestReply AI was built inside BookingHost, a property management company.
