Guestion is a French sales management software for craftsmen, very small businesses and freelancers. From the first quote to payment, everything happens in one place: quotes with discounts and VAT, conversion to invoice, deposit and balance invoices, credit notes, pro forma invoices and delivery notes. Each invoice gets a legal number on validation and its PDF is archived. Payments are tracked invoice by invoice (multiple payments, balance due, overdue invoices, customer statement) and pending quotes and unpaid invoices can be followed up by email. Customer records distinguish individuals and businesses (legal form, SIREN/SIRET, VAT number). Products: catalogue, categories, purchase prices and margins, stock updated with each sale, suppliers, purchase orders and receipts, and import of a wholesaler catalogue into product pages ready to sell online. Reporting includes a dashboard by period, reports by customer, item and month, and accounting export (FEC, CSV or Excel) sent to the accountant. Documents and emails use the company colours (5 templates). Guestion installs as a WordPress plugin (WooCommerce orders are invoiced automatically) or is hosted by us, with no website needed.
