Gueridon is a hospitality operations platform for restaurants, bars and cafés. Guests scan the QR code at their table and order from a menu that shows allergens, prices in their currency and text in their own language — 40 ship with the product. Staff work the same floor plan the owner drew: tables sit inside sections, sections belong to waiters, and orders arrive at the kitchen display already routed to the right station. Around that core it handles reservations and group bookings, inventory and allergen tracking, shifts and staff performance, guest feedback, event campaigns and offers, and analytics that answer which dishes, tables and hours actually earn. One plan covers every feature: €99 per venue per month, or €990 a year, ex-VAT. No tiers to compare, no per-seat pricing, and a full refund inside seven days. Gueridon is not a POS and processes no payments — it runs the service, not the till.
