I really appreciate how GTMTrak provides a tailored and personal experience, making it feel like Yash, from their team, is a member of our team rather than just a service we work with on the side. They integrate well into our environment, like sitting in on our Google Meetings and participating in our Slack channels, which is incredibly beneficial. They are very comfortable with HubSpot, which is the CRM we use, and they have adopted all our internal tools, which is great. Their use of AI to eliminate repetitive tasks is really something I've wanted, and they've done great with that. I like the way Yash's brain works; he's a great problem solver and he digs into the end goal of solving a problem rather than just trying to make my proposed solution happen.
