BarberBox is the booking system and cash register for Argentine barbershops with one to ten barbers. Clients book from a link, with no app to install and no account to create. If the shop wants, first-time clients leave a deposit through Mercado Pago, paid into the shop's own Mercado Pago account, and the appointment is confirmed only once the payment is approved.
At the front desk, every appointment has its own payment ledger: split payments or mix cash, bank transfer and Mercado Pago, and the balance is calculated automatically. The price is frozen at booking time, so a price increase never rewrites existing bookings. Tips go entirely to the barber and never count as revenue.
At closing time, the daily cash close shows the opening float, payments by method, income and expenses, and compares expected cash with counted cash. Commissions are calculated per barber with rules by day, time slot or service, and each appointment shows which rule applied.
Flat fee of ARS 30,000 per month per shop, all barbers included, no per-booking commission. Interface in Spanish (Argentina).
