GroomDee is management software for pet grooming salons in Thailand, built around LINE, the app Thai customers already use every day. Customers book in the salon's LINE account without installing an app, see the price up front and pay a PromptPay deposit. The salon gets an automatic QR code with slip verification, and the money goes straight to its own bank account with no transaction fees. Owners run everything from one dashboard: a queue calendar, pet profiles with allergies, weight and photos, a service menu priced by weight and coat type, 24-hour reminders, no-show risk scoring and revenue reports. The Pro plan adds report cards with photos and a review button, a digital stamp card, gift vouchers, prepaid packages, team accounts with permissions, staff commissions and retail stock with profit per item. Add-ons cover pet hotel, daycare, mobile grooming and dog swimming. Thai and English interfaces. Our team sets up every salon for free.
