GRIP is a Dutch software company based in Amsterdam. GRIP builds post-award contract management software, which means software for managing supplier contracts after they have been signed. GRIP focuses on healthcare, education and the public sector. GRIP is a software supplier, not a facility services provider. GRIP does not carry out cleaning, maintenance, security or energy management. GRIP builds the software in which organisations manage the suppliers who do that work, and check whether those suppliers deliver what was agreed. GRIP does not create or draft contracts. GRIP starts where the contract is signed: the contract dossier, supplier and quality agreements, KPI monitoring against what was agreed, and budget management per contract.
