GridShield, from GridSafe Technology, helps solar, wind and battery storage operators keep NERC CIP compliance evidence current without touching their control systems.
It runs on-premises as a hardened appliance and can be installed air-gapped. A site Node collects configuration and asset data read-only from firewalls, switches, routers, Linux hosts, RTACs (DNP3), inverters and meters (Modbus TCP), and receives syslog and SNMP traps in real time. An optional agent covers Windows hosts. Each collection is compared with the asset's baseline, so a new port, account or firmware change shows up for a person to review. Every record is SHA-256 hash-chained per asset in the Evidence Vault, and RSAW worksheets for the FERC-approved CIP standards are filled from that evidence for your team to review.
