A good product. We chose it after testing a few code reviewers. Finds bugs we wouldn’t consider. Equally if it gets something wrong it can reason with you and remove the concern. Definitely gives me more confidence when shipping.

The best thing I like about this platform is their review pulls requires right understanding of the entire code base rather than analysing only the changed lines. This also helps us to identify cross-file dependencies, hidden bugs, and other possible regressions via conventional review tools which may be missed. Their inline comments are much clearer and include useful suggestions for resolving issues. It also learns from our feedback and gradually reduces the irrelevant recommendation and their integration with GitHub and GitLab makes it fit very much naturally into our existing development workflows.

Customer service has been awful. I reached out to every single one of the Greptiles advertised support aliases, and even to other departments like sales, just to get a response, and I got nothing in return. Even after weeks of trying, I still haven’t heard back. The product itself is not bad.
