They have a top-notch team of experts who are always staying up to date on IRS changes and are there to help their customers. I personally worked on the support team during tax season, and the training we received as support specialists was thorough. I felt comfortable answering almost any question about the software for our customers and even giving basic tax advice such as which forms a customer should file, if they have to file with their state, etc. Yearli also has the option to securely mail/email recipient copies, which I have not seen with other software.
