I am new to GPTW, and had no knowledge of it. Jamie Higgins is literally the BEST! Not only is he helpful, knowledgeable, and easily available. He is so kind. Jamie always made sure I was understanding each step, he is always making sure I know he's there to help, and just overall made my first experience with GPTW a huge success. I feel so prepared to send out our survey again this year. I am excited to see how we can integrate GPTW with other programs in the near future. The website is user friendly, especially for someone brand new to the concept. I can't thank Jamie enjoy for all his support and guidance during this transition for me.
