Aalto is a visual product library and FF&E scheduling tool for interior designers, architects and design studios. Save a product from a supplier website with the Chrome extension or by pasting a link. Aalto records the name, brand, price, image and supplier link, and keeps the spec sheet when the page links one. Prices are stored on save and rechecked weekly for shortlisted and ordered items on active projects. You can refresh any price on demand. Every product sits in one library across all your projects, so you add it once and reuse it on the next job. Organise each project by room as a grid, sortable table, kanban or freeform canvas, and track each piece from saved to shortlisted, ordered, delivered and installed. On Pro, set the workspace tax region, enter prices ex or inc tax and override the rate per project. Clients can view a read-only board without logging in. Export to CSV, plus Excel or a PDF lookbook on Pro. On Pro, connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other AI apps.
