Goodforest is a satellite-based forest analysis platform that uses satellite imagery and AI models. It offers three products. Post-event damage assessment identifies forest areas damaged by storms and wildfires, and maps damaged surface and severity by stand. Forest health monitoring continuously tracks forest stands to detect dieback and bark beetle outbreaks and sends alerts when anomalies appear. Forest health assessment is an annual review of the health of forest parcels, used to track their condition from year to year. Results are delivered as interactive maps and reports. Goodforest is used by insurers to assess and prioritize forestry claims, and by forest experts and forest managers to plan field inspections and management decisions.
