Gloora AI is software for salons, barbershops, nail studios, spas and clinics. It runs the whole day in one system: online booking and the calendar, walk-ins and turns, checkout and payments, the client book and loyalty, messages and an AI Concierge, team pay, stock and reports, for one branch or many.
Online booking: clients book themselves on a branded booking page that is open around the clock, choose a team member, stack services or book for a group, and pay a deposit where the branch asks for one. Book Now links go on Instagram, Facebook and Google, and every booking they bring is counted in the reports.
Calendar and walk-ins: a day grid of team columns that reserves rooms and equipment along with the person, home visits, a waitlist, and a turn list for walk-ins that gives the next client by the branch's rule (round robin, first available, lowest turns, weighted, skill-based or manual).
Checkout: one ticket for several technicians, split payments, tips per technician, gift cards and store credit, refunds and voids that can need a manager's approval, and a cash drawer that is counted at close.
Messages and AI: a shared inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, including comments on your own posts. The AI Concierge (a Premium add-on, included in the Own Brand plan) answers from the live menu, prices and availability, books the appointment and hands the chat to the team. Automatic confirmations, reminders and receipts go out in the branch's language or in each client's own (12 languages).
Team and money: payroll with monthly, weekly, daily or hourly pay, commission by service, tiers and overtime, payslips and exports for Gusto or QuickBooks Payroll; a time clock; reports on profit, income, expenses, tax and the daily close; VAT invoices and a full audit trail.
Pricing is a flat subscription per branch, with 0% commission on bookings and a 7-day free trial with no card. A dedicated team does the full data migration in about 30 minutes, 3 hours at most. Onboarding, building the services in bulk and training are on us, with 24/7 support.
