Tabula is a scheduling and practice-management app for private tutors, music teachers and coaches. It keeps the schedule, students and groups, attendance, payments and statistics in one place on iPhone and iPad. Lessons are marked as completed, rescheduled or cancelled; prepayments, payments and outstanding balances are tracked automatically; reminders cover the start of the working day, each lesson and unmarked lessons; statistics show lessons and income for any period. Tabula works without sign-up, keeps client data on the device and supports encrypted backups. The free plan includes every feature for up to 5 students; Tabula Space adds unlimited students and groups with a one-month free trial.
