GLAR is a group scheduling tool with a built-in AI assistant. It finds the one date that works for everyone, sends the invites and reminders, and tracks who is coming and who brings what. People answer from a link in their email, with no password or app to install. GLAR is for any group that has to get people together: families planning holidays, reunions and weddings; sports teams; bands and choirs; churches, clubs and community groups; schools; and workplaces. It has three parts in one place: a shared calendar for finding dates, tools for contacting and organizing your people, and business and venue management with timelines, bookings, a public request page and contracts. Pricing is pay as you send. Building events is free; credits are spent only when GLAR sends something (1.5 cents an email, 8 cents when a new event first goes out). The Group plan is $5 a month and the Venue plan is $20 a month (founder price), with custom plans for large venues, schools and universities.
