Appoint Me is booking software for any business that takes appointments: clinics, salons, barbers, physios, hearing and dental practices, therapists and trades that visit customers at home.
Each location gets its own address, opening hours and team, all run from one account. The Diary shows the day on one screen with a column for each person, and every screen updates as soon as a booking moves.
Customers book online from a page that shows only your business, never a marketplace of rivals. They can choose a person or the earliest free time, add several services in one visit, join a waitlist, and move or cancel their own booking outside the window you set.
Health questions and consent forms are filled in and signed online before the visit. Services can require an earlier visit first, such as a patch test or consultation, and you can approve bookings yourself.
Deposits, no-show fees, saved cards, tips and prepaid sessions go straight into your own Stripe account. Appoint Me never takes a cut.
Also included: rooms, walk-in queue with a waiting-room screen, recurring bookings, recalls, reviews from real customers only, promo codes, loyalty points, tracking links for flyers and QR codes, client list with export, and customer accounts with Google or Apple sign-in.
Pricing is one flat fee: £50 a month for the first location and £40 for each extra one, with unlimited staff, unlimited bookings and every feature included.
