VisaCRM is a case-management and client-intake platform for visa consultancy agencies. Each agency gets a hosted workspace with a branded online application storefront where applicants submit applications; submissions flow directly into the CRM as cases. Agencies manage a catalog of visa products (destination, visa type, price) with per-destination document checklists and questionnaires, drawn from a maintained master catalog that can be customized per agency. Applicants upload documents through a client portal, where they can also track case status; staff review documents, move cases through configurable statuses, and record notes and activity. Status changes trigger automated email notifications to applicants. Role-based access separates admin and staff permissions, and the applicant portal is isolated from agency-side data. Additional capabilities include country-pair visa-requirement lookups, invitation links for applicants, contact-form capture from the storefront, coupons and pricing rules, and a CMS for the agency's landing page. VisaCRM is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription with a free 14-day trial. It is workflow software for agencies; it does not provide visa or immigration services.
