Certainlyours (The CS) is UK hospitality software for tipping, verified staff reviews and Tips Act records. Guests scan a staff member's personal QR code to leave a star rating, a few words and a card tip in under thirty seconds, with no app and no sign-up. Tips are paid to the staff member's own Stripe account. Reviews stay on their profile when they change venue and also build the venue's reputation. Teams choose Direct, Pool or Proportional tip sharing; the rule is written into the venue's tipping policy and every staff acknowledgement is recorded, with three years of tip records for the Employment (Allocation of Tips) Act 2023. No commission on tips. Free for staff; venues get 60 days free for up to 10 staff.
