Garb is a Brazilian prenatal care software for obstetricians and clinics. The medical record is organized by gestational age, with lab tests grouped by trimester and fetal growth charts. AI reads lab and ultrasound reports (PDF or photo) and enters the values into the record; nothing is saved without the physician's review. Patients get a free iOS and Android app to follow appointments and test results and to send reports with the phone camera. Reminders for tests, vaccines and follow-up visits are sent via WhatsApp in the right week of pregnancy. The prenatal card is generated as a PDF from the record. A calendar of expected due dates helps plan on-call shifts and vacations. Data is encrypted, each clinic is isolated from the others, and every access is logged in an audit trail, in line with Brazil's LGPD. Single plan: BRL 347 per obstetrician per month, with assisted onboarding and data migration included, no lock-in contract.
