My favourite part of my experience with GEP Smart was the convenience that was presented to me always through its mobile version platform where I was able to review my orders, participate in the process of sourcing among other things all on the go. Moreso I liked that its applications were fully optimized for both android and iOS devices which made it very simple for me to continue my work from one device to the other because I was getting the same mobile experience. Another feature that made GEP Smart very helpful in my work was its Artificial Intelligence capabilities that automated my workflow and reduced so much workload in terms of spend analysis, management of invoices, processing of orders among other processes. I liked that through GEP Smart's AI my spending data can be extracted and automatically aggregated which made it very simple to generate a report that will be used across my entire enterprise. More so another benefit that I got through its AI was that it was able to improve accuracy through continuous learning of my patterns. I liked that the user interface of GEP Smart is very simplified but also carries an impressive design of visual appeal which played a critical role in making sure a role-based user ecosystem can be easily practised because the features are very intuitive.
