Geophrase is delivery management software for Indian businesses that run deliveries with their own riders, including medical and dental suppliers, pharmacies, restaurants and grocery stores. Orders are added on a web dashboard, individually or from a CSV file, and assigned to riders one at a time, in bulk or through a parcel QR scan. Riders use the free Android and iOS app, which sequences each trip's stops, opens Google Maps for navigation and closes every delivery with the customer's OTP, or a photo and optional note where the store permits it. Delivered and failed attempts are stamped with time and location, failed ones alert the business by SMS and email, and trip distances can be downloaded for rider payouts. An optional GPS Address Capture service lets customers drop a map pin through a store link or website and app SDKs, and adds a map link to the address, which helps with parcels sent through couriers. Pricing is ₹8 per delivery started (up to three attempts), with no monthly or per-rider fee and ₹500 free credit to begin.
