GeniusTrade replaces the Excel files used to cost import deals. Each file gathers the supplier offers received, with quantity breaks and side costs (tooling, packing, supplier transport), and compares them on equal scope. A scenario combines one supplier, one logistics route, one inspection and side costs; the landed cost recomputes when a freight rate or an exchange rate changes, and each scenario's margin shows side by side. The chosen scenario becomes the order, then a shipment followed stage by stage (ETD, ETA, quality control, delivery). On delivery, the file compares the planned margin with the actual invoices, line by line. An MCP connector links the account to Claude: the assistant reads a supplier quote received by email, creates the RFQ and costs the scenario, with the user's own rights. The whole team works on the same data: sales, purchasing, logistics, accounting, management. Data is hosted in France and can be exported at any time. In production since 2008.
