We run a Salesforce training institute, and we also take on internal implementation work. GetGenerative.ai has been a big time-saver for both. The Pre-Sales, Design, and Build Agents take care of the repetitive parts like proposal creation, solution design, and user story drafting. That used to take a lot of manual effort, but now it’s much faster and more consistent. It lets us focus on the parts that really matter, like planning the right solution and guiding delivery. We’ve also started using it as part of our training sessions. Instead of building examples from scratch every time, we use the tool to simulate real-world project workflows. It makes the learning more hands-on and helps our students understand how things actually happen in Salesforce projects. The JIRA integration is helpful too when we’re walking them through how project tracking works in real teams.
