Gaugelog is calibration management software for quality managers in ISO 9001 manufacturing companies, built for programs with up to 10,000 instruments.
Setup starts with the spreadsheet you already have. Upload it as it is; messy columns are fine. Import uses AI once, to read your column headers. Everything after that is deterministic: the same data produces the same register, the same certificate, the same numbers, every time. No AI touches your records.
The register tracks due dates with escalating email reminders at 30, 14 and 7 days before due, on the due day, and weekly for as long as an instrument sits overdue. A test button sends a real alert before you have to trust it. Calibration records capture as-found and as-left results, and a failed calibration walks you through the out-of-tolerance steps ISO 9001 clause 7.1.5 expects. Certificates carry your logo and statement text on every plan, at no extra fee. When the audit comes, one click exports the audit pack: register status, due lists, out-of-tolerance decisions and a certificate index. A REST API is included from the Core plan, and instrument defaults draw on a library of 68 instrument types with sourced calibration intervals.
Pricing is per gauge, never per seat. Unlimited users on every plan, including Free (30 gauges). Cancel anytime, export everything.
