Ganttify serves great for project planning and management purposes

Deployment of Ganttify was so simple and with just creating an account linked to our already existing Basecamps, personal Todoist accounts it was up and running. It smoothly syncs with Innoslate and together we have a comprehensive suite for management of our projects. The amazing online user community and capable and knowledgeable support team have also been of great aid in our Ganttify utilization journey. It is so effortless to use and access all of its features because it is well organized. Referring to a repository of already executed projects with Ganttify helps us to automatically curate Gantt charts without having to start over from scratch every time. Automation is the hit that has eliminated manual ways of planning and has made it easy and efficient to manage all our projects. We now have a place where we can include all project-related information. A clear visualized overview with details of tasks and their dependencies and sequencing, resources, assignees, and dates keeps everyone on the same page at any given time. It has also allowed us to break down big projects and assign timelines and schedules for easy manageability. The filtering and sorting features allow us to search and find any detail of a project in seconds. In addition to sharing Gantt charts in PDF forms for accelerated work plans and execution across departments. It is a secure platform encompassing powerful security measures that eliminate data leaks or breaches so we haven't had any worries about the safety of our project data that involves confidential information.

Reaping enormous satisfaction from creating splendid gannt charts for impeccable event planning

In our lookout for new technologies to provide clients with strong success foundations, we found gantiffy. That was a real hit. It is the easiest gannt charts software around wrapped up in a simple and intuitive interface for the teams everyday use. With gantiffy we said goodbye to the manual ways of planning and embraced its efficiency and reliability which has made event planning an easy task for us through building gannt charts for all our event works. It keeps previous event data which helps generate new charts from scratch by automatically identifying our trend of chart building from existing data. During the implementation phase we realized that it integrated seamlessly with Basecamp and since then we have used them as a synchrony to automate the management of all our event projects activities. Gannt charts setup process is quick saving on time. Ganntify helps us to ideally visualize, plan and schedule all aspects of our events. From brainstorming to wrap up of activities. Representation of timelines helps us allocate time for every task from venue selection, coordination and ticket sale. It also becomes so easy to collaborate and divide the entire plan into subtasks that are then allocated to different team members. In addition to being able to visualize all resources such as manpower, budget and equipment availability and usage throughout the event. With filtering feature we can always access any detail on any event especially due dates. Gantiffy is a secure platform with all these event information safeguarded from any compromise. Clarity in dependencies and sequencing of every event helps us set our priorities and focus on the most critical tasks that should be completed in a timely way for the success of any event

Ganttify is a Gantt chart add-on for Todoist, Trello, Basecamp, and Google Calendar. Users connect their existing project management account to create interactive Gantt charts from their project data.
