GainOwner combines workforce scheduling, time tracking, labor cost and invoicing in one system. While a shift is being planned, the platform calculates its full labor cost, including gross pay, employer contributions, shift premiums and youth wage scales, and sets it against the revenue that matches how the business earns. The result is a margin per shift, per client and per assignment, visible during planning rather than afterwards on the payslip.
Businesses are grouped by earning model rather than industry: products and point of sale, hours and assignments, appointments and calendar, or projects and case files.
Scheduling covers availability, open shifts and leave requests. Employees see their own roster and payslips in a mobile app, without access to company figures. Approved hours flow through to invoicing and payroll, with integrations for Lightspeed, Square and Nmbrs.
GainOwner is built for organizations from fifteen employees or with multiple sites.
